"Perfect for colorful days and cocktail soirees" is how Kate Spade's twirl eau de parfum, is best described. To be honest, I have yet to spritz the scent on my inner wrist and give it a try, but the bottle and description alone make me want it anyway. Isn't it just so lovely?
